A man wearing a convenience store uniform came out.
As he followed the plaid-shirt man, he apologized, “Sorry, there were people buying things inside.
No one from the afternoon shift came today.
I'm the only one here.
I'm a bit behind from having to collect money and pump the gas too.'

Just as Bei Nuan lifted this lethal item high up and was about to smash it down on the zombie, there was suddenly a sharp sound that pierced through the air.
