After hearing Anna’s reply, half of Rothgarr felt furious and the other half of him felt that her response was strangely logical. 

After all, she was too ambitious and had rejected him many times already.

So Rothgarr just showed a disappointed expression: “Anna, you are still so cruel, forget it, I believe you will figure it out one day.”

     He sighed and left.

     That’s right, Rothgarr didn’t punish the three maids, but left as if he had forgotten them.

    Why would he punish those three maids?

   If he let them continue to put pressure on that human girl, then she would stop her scheming earlier and agree to his marriage proposal, and then, heh.

     Anna watched Rothgarr’s back disappear, and then looked at the three maids kneeling on the ground who looked a bit absent-minded, and suddenly realized that this demon appeared to finally know her name.

She shook her head.
She didn’t think that the demon would leave so quickly.
She thought that he would at the very least show his affections again—such as driving the three maids out of the earl’s house or something—so that she could be moved.

     But he didn’t do that, and he didn’t even warn them, was it because he thought his affectionate performance just now was enough? But they were bullying her just now.
According to the affection he showed, shouldn’t his hairs stand on end from anger?

   Clearly, his intentions were sinister! He was a demon after all, and was naturally good at toying with people’s hearts.
He deliberately wanted to let them isolate her and make her feel as if he was the only one who could protect her.
At that point, she would naturally agree to his marriage proposal.

     Fortunately, she saw through everything.
She had a hand in toying with people, too. 

Anna walked slowly to the three maids and whispered: “Young Master Parrish has left, why don’t you stand up?”

     The three of them looked at her with complicated expressions, and Fiona asked her suspiciously: “Why didn’t you agree to Young Master Parrish’s marriage proposal? Isn’t this everyone’s dream?”

     “Oh, it’s a long story.” Anna put on a melancholy expression of “I have a story, come and ask,’ and stretched out her hand to pull the three of them up one by one.
“Let’s go, so as not to bother Young Master Parrish now.”

     The three of them had some lingering fears because of what happened just now, and they didn’t say much, only walked away silently with Anna.

The four of them were about to reach the kitchen when Anna stopped.

     “Of course he is not as good as Young Master Parrish, but I love him.
He is the best in my heart, and I can’t agree to someone else’s proposal.” Anna sighed.

     The three people who were at war with Anna just now were frightened by Young Master Parrish.
Plus learning about Anna having a love just now, the hostility towards her seemed to disappear in an instant.

It turned out that Anna didn’t want to snatch Young Master Parrish from them!

     Kelly was a little curious and asked tentatively: “But Young Master Parrish seems to love you very much…”

     Anna shook her head: “That’s all Young Master Parrish’s illusion.
Do you know how I met Young Master Parrish?”

You must never agree to Young Master Parrish’s marriage proposal.

     “Yes, we will all pray to the goddess for you and your lover.” Kelly also wanted to grab her hand, but Anna had run out of hands for her to grab, so she simply took Anna’s arm with a very sincere expression.

     Anna smiled meaningfully: “Thank you for your blessings.
I am really touched.
It was a misunderstanding just now.
I am very happy to meet good friends like you.
I am Anna, as you all know.
I don’t know what your names are.”

     The three of them were very happy to see that Anna did not have the intention of accepting Young Master Parrish’s proposal at all, and they all introduced themselves.

Anna waved goodbye to the three plastic friends she had just met, and then went back to the kitchen.
