Luna pressed her lips together, ”Hmph, what do you take a fight between gods for? It can cause mass destruction, and why would I want to cause collateral damage to my own dimension by fighting him? Even if I defeat him, the damage caused might not be worth it, and it would be a lot of work for me. ”

Damien realized that Luna did indeed have a point, and if that was the case, then gods would be trying not to cause fights with other gods as things could end up getting disastrous, but of course, whether they decide to fight another god would depend on other factors.

Damien imagined planets shattering with each exchange of blows between gods and wondered if he was underestimating the level of destruction, especially when gods on the level of Luna fought each other.

Damien chuckled, ”Okay, fine. You will always be the most powerful goddess in my eyes. ”

Luna beamed, ”Now that ’s the right way of thinking. ”

Damien shook his head with a smile as he came down from the stone slab and decided to have a good shuteye and continue training tomorrow.

However, before heading towards his room where Valentina might be, he decided to sneak up on her. With a sly grin, he concealed his ethereal aura, using his ethereal arts to a level which Valentina wouldn ’t be able to notice with her current cultivation.

He tiptoed very carefully through the villa as if he was some thief. It was already past midnight, and other than the sounds of some insects outside, there was absolute silence throughout the villa.

Fortunately, the door was open, and as expected, Valentina was not sleeping. She would always only sleep with him around.

He saw her keenly reading some book on the sofa with her back facing him. There was no light, and she was reading only under the moonlight.

Upon closer look, Damien raised one of his brows when he saw that it was a book on sex education.

’She surely likes to learn stuff… ’ Damien sighed in amusement inwardly.

He thought she would be training till he comes back. But only now he saw that she wanted to train herself in other things.

He wondered if she was that confident in winning against Dennisa, especially when she might be in a frenzied state due to the recent developments.
