”Damien… ” Yuria mumbled with a dazed expression as she looked at the devilishly handsome boy standing before her, looking at her with trembling eyes.

”Nathasia… ” Damien mumbled, which sounded like he was whispering the name of a long-lost lover.

Before, when he fell asleep, he didn ’t have a nightmare but instead, he had a dream about Nathasia, and that dream ended as a nightmare when he saw her getting killed right before him.

As soon as it ended, he jumped up awake, feeling shaken to the core, and told the worried Valentina about what he just experienced. He suddenly felt as if everything made sense, and that princess Yuria made him feel nostalgic for a good reason.

Valentina didn ’t like him meeting up with Yuria again secretly but sensing the distress in his soul, she agreed to help him out again.

And now Damien didn ’t know why, but he just felt like he had to see Yuria again and make sure with his own eyes.

After hearing her mumble his real name, he could only softly smile, knowing that he wasn ’t mistaken and that the girl standing before him was indeed the one he couldn ’t even properly say how much he cared about her before she died.

The two kept staring at each other as their breathing slowed and memories of the past started to take over.

Yuria saw how Damien was not looking like the mature version she spent time with in her past life but more like a younger version of that Damien.

But still, his face was exactly the same, especially his eyes, which looked the same but didn ’t seem as sad as he did in her previous life.

Damien saw how Yuria, despite being Nathasia, didn ’t have the same face. But he looked at her eyes and seeing the way she was looking at him, he easily recognized that it was her since he knew how she used to look at him.

Their surroundings dulled as their eyes were prickling with tears.
