He could recognize Alena as the closely trusted maid of Godnim but not the other girl who looked like any other ordinary girl he might see when passing by the streets.

The little king waved his hands, ”Of course, not. I see you as a friend, Godnim. So your friends are my friends too, hehe. ”

Damien smiled, seeing that the little king now seemed more happy and jolly like any other kid of his age. Only by seeing him like this Damien realized that the little king was a kid who never had the luxury to behave like one but was forced to be mature for the sake of his kingdom and sister.
