The delegation leader, Earl Audyst von Covemainne and the advisor, Caldebolt household’s son, Klarge have been silently seeing Sabine who is currently playfully sitting on Mitsuha’s lap.

There are two communicators, one for HF (High Frequency) and the other one is for VHF (Very High Frequency) and UHF (Ultra High Frequency).
Of course, it uses a battery, thus the roof of the carriage is equipped with a solar panel.

If it cannot catch up with the charging speed, it can be replaced with a spare charged battery that Mitsuha had left at home, but the communicators will likely be turned off most of the time except when they make a contact once a day, therefore running out of battery shouldn’t be a worry.
There’s also a 7-430 MHz wideband mobile antenna installed.

Earl, Klarge and Sabine listen to Mitsuha’s explanation with serious look.
The two maids were desperately trying to memorize Mitsuha’s explanation from the back.

They thought that if the masters have something to do, they may need to operate it and contact the King themselves.
Even if they are not instructed by their masters, they are desperately trying to learn the operation method.
