Chapter 14: Antonio Blow Off

“Where is Sylphia?”

The king turns and sees Sylphia lying unconscious in Lute’s arms.

Lute kisses her wet eyelids and raises an eyebrow.

“I have shown Sylphia a painful sight.
Too many things have happened.”

[That Marianne… Her miasma was so strong and her hatred for Sylphia swirled through her body like a storm.
No wonder she was taken inside.]

[Sylphia… We can’t play even though we came all the way here.]

The two spirits also looked into Sylphia’s face and kissed her on the cheek.
Lute’s mouth relaxed at the sight, but he immediately turned to the king with a stern look on his face.

“Father… there is something I want to discuss with you later about the treatment of Sylphia…”

“Father! Then so do I!”

Before Lute could finish, Antonio intervened, pushing him away with his elbow.

“Is it true what you just said? I’m going to marry Sylphia, I’m going to be king, and I’m going to—looking at her, she has a pretty face—KEK!”

Antonio tried to look into Sylphia’s sleeping eyes with a glint in them, but the next moment he was slammed against the blue-patterned wall.

Antonio’s eyes go white, and the king’s face goes pale, as if he had just remembered himself.

When Titia, who blew out the wind, lowers her arm, Antonio’s body slips down along the wall.

[No.
I will not let this man marry Sylphia].

[That’s right! Sylphia’s favorite is…]

[Shush, that kind of thing is not for outsiders to say.
Humans value the mood.]

Fortunately or unfortunately, Lute did not hear this exchange.

Lute stared at Sylphia in her arms for a long time.
