And it was Du Jiayi who gagged her; she had used one of her white performance gloves earlier, now she had also used up her last remaining one to gag her.

“Ye Ying, you’re quite gutsy, there are countless security detail in the military, and all of them carried guns; aren’t you afraid of being gunned down by the security guards if you keep on causing a scene? Be quiet, Ye Ying; this is only the beginning for you!”

Du Jiayi enunciated her last sentence heavily and had several points of killing intent. 

Ye Ying, who was already scared out of her mind, saw the cold look in her eyes and peed herself because of the sudden fright, and that disgusted Du Jiayi so much that she almost vomited.

“The two of you should quickly escort her away.” Enduring the roiling in her stomach, Du Jiayi held her breath as she finished her sentence; before leaving, she stared down at Ye Ying, who was already paralyzed from fear, a cold and violent smile flashed past her eyes as she quickly left the military base.

Deputy Chief of Staff Du embarked on a vehicle in the military and left, meanwhile, when Madam Li, who was waiting outside, saw the familiar car plate flashing past, she knew her husband wouldn’t be returning home together, by the time Du Jiayi had relayed Deputy Chief of Staff Du’s words, Madam Li’s brows knitted tightly together.
